If you could travel back to the past, what date would you go to and what one thing would you take with you? I would go back to Jesus’ time because it would be so cool to see him perform miracles and maybe even talk to him.  I’d probably bring a friend so I wouldn’t be lonely or maybe some hi-tech gadget so everyone would be amazed.

If you were any animal, what would you be and why?  I would be a cat because it’d be nice to get to sit around and sleep all day without a care in the world.

What is the most physically painful thing that has ever happened to you?  I used to get ear infections all the time when I was little.  In 4th grade both my eardrums burst.  It hurt. . . a lot!

If you could possess one super power, what would it be?  Teleportation.  I waste so much time driving or walking places.  I’d never be late.  I could go to Italy for supper or spend a weekend on the beach whenever I wanted.

What would you like to accomplish this cross country season?  I’d like to get down to 22 minutes or less, but seeing as I have maybe 3 more meets left, it’s not looking too promising!

If you were trying to convince someone to join the Tremont cross country team, what would you tell them?  Well, the pasta dinners are pretty good. . .!  Seriously though, XC is a challenge that takes you to the limit of your physical and mental abilities.  But the feeling of accomplishment after running 7 miles at 5 a.m. is worth every ounce of energy it takes to roll out of bed.  The feeling of knowing you ran your hardest to finish a race even while you’re practically dying is surprisingly very rewarding.  Not to mention the awesome team that helps you through every mile!
